Damaged Shipment:

If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep all the boxes and packing materials and notify us immediately by email. Please return the package to us. Upon receiving the damaged goods, we will replace them for you at no charge.

To help us speed up the process, please provide the following information:

Pictures of all packaging (Outside carton, color box, and Styrofoam), specifying any damaged areas on the Packaging.
Clear pictures of the damaged items and the damaged area.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All Returns must be approved by Odyssey Gifts, and made within 5 days of receiving the products. (A 20% restocking fee plus freight chargeable to customers may apply for reasons other than our error).

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. When packing your order for return, please ensure that all original packing materials, papers, and/or cards are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products, their boxes, and/or packages.
